You will drive financial excellence and strategic decision-making as you partner with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding retirement outcomes for our members. This role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in financial leadership

The role

Partner with C-Suite and business leaders to deliver strategic financial analysis and planning, focusing on our Marketing/Corporate Services/Risk and Legal/People business units. Drive organisational change through data-driven insights that enhance member retirement outcomes. As a true business partner you will do this through

  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for key business units
  • Developing strategic financial insights and recommendations for executive leadership
  • Creating and presenting complex financial analyses and models
  • Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders
  • Driving cost awareness and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting long-term financial planning and business strategy


About you

You are an experienced finance professional who is seeking to make a meaningful impact. You will bring a wealth of finance experience as well as

  • Specific business partnering experience for a marketing business unit
  • Excel at stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Communicates complex financial concepts clearly at all levels
  • Takes initiative in driving improvements and challenging the status quo
