What you'll do

As a Field Marketing Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting regional marketing programs across digital campaigns, events, and partner activations. You’ll play a key role in helping bring ideas to life, from coordinating logistics and prepping content, to managing event materials and supporting campaign development.

You’ll work closely with experienced marketers across APJ and be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative, and reliability. This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience in a fast-paced, global environment, while learning how great marketing gets done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of field marketing activities, including events, webinars, and digital campaigns
  • Coordinate with vendors — gathering quotes, reviewing services, and tracking timelines
  • Assist with the preparation of campaign briefs and coordination with in-house designers
  • Help organize and pack event materials such as name tags, banners, and SWAG
  • Conduct research to support campaign planning, event registrations, and market insights
  • Draft and support internal communications such as team updates and newsletters
  • Prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations and internal planning documents
  • Collaborate with teams across Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, and PR
  • Manage administrative tasks including expense processing, couriering, and team coordination

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • A genuine interest in events, digital marketing and brand communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, or Monday.com (a plus, not a must!)
  • Energetic, organized, and eager to contribute to real-world projects
  • Bonus: Interest in PR, creative content, or social media

What we offer

  • A fast-growing company with an international presence, innovative outlook and a strong market position, blending the best parts of a ‘start-up’ mentality with the security (and resources) of an established multi-national
  • The opportunity to contribute to a bespoke, complex and successful product focused on innovation
  • A learning environment, heavy on personal and professional development that allows you to both learn from some of the best in the industry and own your own career
  • An inspiring and positive environment, working alongside talented, friendly and passionate people where success is supported and celebrated as a collective
  • A commitment to hybrid, trust based working, with weekly on-site collaboration for a dedicated space to work, socialise, hold meetings and create solutions as a group
