About The Role

We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is critical in shaping the way we position our software products in the market, communicate value to our customers, and support internal teams in delivering exceptional product content.

The Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and support the execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to understand complex software solutions and translate them into meaningful content for our clients.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Brisbane CBD headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing software products
  • Create clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging for target audiences within the mining industry
  • Produce and maintain a suite of sales enablement resources
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce copy across all marketing channels
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product-related campaigns and measure their effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle
  • Support the development of customer advocacy materials by identifying success stories and coordinating case studies

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics in a clear, customer-focused manner
  • Experience conducting market research, developing personas, and analysing industry trends
  • Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in or exposure to the mining or engineering sectors
  • Familiarity with technical software products and SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
  • Based in Brisbane and eligible to work in Australia.
