We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects involving a range of stakeholders, from academic and research groups to business and technical teams. This role is suited to someone with strong coordination skills who’s comfortable working in large organisation and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence.
You’ll be central to the smooth running of day-to-day project activities — keeping documentation up to date, following up on actions, supporting testing efforts, and helping ensure everything stays on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders; act as the main point of contact for vendor coordination
- Document meeting discussions and actions, and ensure timely follow-up
- Work closely with research teams to support project-related transitions and system migrations
- Maintain project documentation — including plans, logs, risk registers, and other key artefacts
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing with business units
- Provide general coordination support across all stages of the project lifecycle
