About the Role:

Our Emerald branch is looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager who will manage a large team and provide support to our valued customers.


The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

  • Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of the workshop operations.
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customer base.
  • Ensure delivery of key performance indicators including productivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and Billing Cycle
  • Manage a workforce of up to 25 staff including apprentices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team.
  • Continuously develop & implement strategies to improve maintenance & service effectiveness.


You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Extensive experience in a management position within a workshop environment with Agricultural machinery.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
  • Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication (verbal and written) and motivational skills.
  • Financial management including managing budgets.
  • Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing needs.
  • Strong computer skills

Trade or tertiary qualifications are highly recommended & advantageous but not essential.
