Customer Service Team Members

The Sankalp Group is a well-established business in the Hospitality Industry in Australia. The Group has over 150 fully operational restaurants across the world.

We are looking for Customer Service Team Members to work in our restaurant in Sankalp Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

Location: 18 Hanlan St, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217, Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in serving of food and beverages

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area

• Provide excellent customer service to guests

• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

• Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior hospitality experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
