Employment Type: Casual
Pay Rate: $31.46 – $60.30 per hour + Super (Based on experience)

About the Role

You’ll be supporting participants in their homes, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Daily living assistance and personal care

• Medication support

• Bowel care and PEG feeding

• Transport to appointments and community activities

• Positive behaviour support implementation

• Goal-setting and inclusion-focused care

Who We’re Looking For

We want passionate people who thrive in dynamic environments and truly care about making a difference.

Ideally, you will have:

• 1+ years' experience with complex behaviours & mental health

• Certificate III/IV in Disability, or Individual Support

• Training in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support), trauma-informed care & restrictive practices

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Confidence in de-escalation and communication strategies
