About the role

We're looking for a dynamic Managing Producer, Video to lead our talented Creative Services team. This pivotal leadership role will drive the creative vision and production excellence for video content across Mamamia. You'll oversee a team of creative producers, video producers and editors while managing the entire production process from creative ideation to final delivery. This is your chance to produce high-quality original content that resonates with millions of women while mentoring a passionate team in an environment where creativity thrives and makes a genuine impact.


Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a talented video team, upskilling them in technical aspects, creative ideation, and production processes
  • Produce premium original content for Mamamia brand, sub-brands and commercial partners
  • Oversee the creative production process including ideation, scripts, casting, art direction, shoot direction, and post-production
  • Identify and pitch compelling video concepts, collaborating with Sales/Strategy teams
  • Review all video outputs, providing constructive feedback and approving final videos
  • Lead the content strategy for MOVE by Mamamia, including planning and producing workout and educational videos
  • Manage commercial video projects from concept to delivery, balancing priorities and timelines
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure creative excellence within budget parameters

  • You have deep technical knowledge of video production including formats, cameras, shooting and editing methods
  • You excel at balancing creative vision with practical budget management
