As a fixed term Technical Customer Support Representative, you’ll provide critical behind-the-scenes support for our sales team and hospital partners. Your focus will be on email-based communication and logistics—ensuring our medical equipment is set up, tracked, and maintained for hospital demos and trials. You’ll be the organiser who makes sure everything runs smoothly, on time, every time.

What You’ll Do
- Manage email enquiries from sales reps and hospital staff around demo equipment needs
- Coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and pickup of demo kits and loan equipment
- Track inventory and ensure equipment is clean, functional, and available
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely support
- Maintain accurate records and help streamline processes
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
- Tech-savvy with a customer-first mindset
- Enjoys working behind the scenes to support a team’s success
