The Opportunity

As our full-time permanent Salesforce Solution architect at Shine, you’ll support our progressive and authentic firm as we right wrong.

Based in our Brisbane CBD team, you'll:

  • Architect and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions, focusing on seamless integrations, custom development, and platform administration.
  • Design and maintain integrations with 3rd-party APIs, including Genesys Cloud CTI and MatterSphere, leveraging Workato as the primary integration platform.
  • Maintain integration and sync between CRM and Marketing Cloud and Website
  • Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components to deliver bespoke user experiences.
  • Define and implement API-based integration strategies using REST, SOAP, and middleware (e.g.,Workato).
  • Ensure data synchronization and consistency across all platforms, defining best practices for data governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and manage event-driven integrations using Salesforce Event Bus and Platform Events for real-time data processing.
  • Design and build proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, iterating them into fully developed, scalable, and production-ready implementations.
  • Debug, enhance, and maintain mission-critical integrations to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce APIs, AppExchange tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Create and maintain automated processes using Process Builder, Flows, and custom code as necessary.
  • Participate in version control and CI/CD practices using tools such as Git, Copado, or Azure DevOps.
  • Lead the adoption of Agentforce for building and training custom AI-driven agents to support business processes.
  • Administration of Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.


What you’ll bring. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade integrations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using Workato, including advanced workflows and custom connectors.
  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining integrations with MatterSphere, particularly for legal practice management workflows.
  • Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CTI integrations, with demonstrated success in contact center environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in building Lightning Web Components using modern JavaScript frameworks and Salesforce DX.
  • Extensive experience with event-driven architecture, specifically leveraging Salesforce Event Bus and Platform Events for high-throughput integrations.
  • Proven ability to debug and optimize integrations with 3rd-party APIs, including MatterSphere and Genesys, in high-availability systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including training machine learning models and deploying custom AI agents for automation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal teams for MatterSphere integrations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (required to demonstrate architectural expertise).
  • Workato Automation Pro II or III Certification (to ensure integration expertise).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
