Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.
D4C is seekinga Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team in an exciting time of growth. We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.
Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the procurement Coordinator will be Ensuring vendors are compliant with client requirements. The procurement team work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support with the successful delivery across our program.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assisting new vendors through SW prequalification
- Supporting existing vendors with keeping their prequalification status compliant
- Liaising with Internal stakeholders, SW stakeholders, Subcontractors, Suppliers & other region procurement teams
- Issuing Performance Management feedback questionnaires
- Tracking completion by the Delivery teams
- Updating dashboard with revised score and sharing with the wider team
- Managing Subcontract Master List expiring Subcontracts
- Issuing Extension Letters
- Updating tracker & dashboard with newly executed Subcontracts
- Assisting with audits - insurances, ISO accreditation
- Vendor data analysis - 'not used' vendors to deactivate
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable
- High levels of computer literacy with a focus on commonly used project tools including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Ability to process high volumes of supplier/subcontractor matters
- Positive attitude to work and the task at hand
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, spanning both internal and external stakeholders including Clients
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
