The Opportunity
Based from Loganholme, this is your opportunity to join our Apprentice Connect Provider division and work with Australia’s largest single provider!
As an Apprenticeships Field Consultant (AFC), you’ll sign up apprentices and trainees to National Training Contracts, while educating employers and apprentices on available support and incentives. This role is all about building strong relationships, driving business development, and empowering apprenticeships. Thrive in an autonomous, impactful role where a united and trailblazing mindset will lead to success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, efficient, and quality information about the Australian Apprenticeship program, including processes, support services, incentives, and financial opportunities.
- Manage time effectively to maximise productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales/marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and MEGT procedures to deliver the best service.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information.
- Identify potential issues impacting apprenticeship progress and refer to the appropriate services for support.
You will be an ambitious, positive, self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community including:
- Proven experience in account management or business development
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills
- Able to work autonomously with integrity and strong self-discipline
- Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement
- Open to change and committed to personal and professional growth
- Knowledge of the VET sector and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services is highly regarded
- Current driver’s licence or ability to travel
