Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Art Director and Senior Copywriter team who love creativity, craft, and the opportunities new technologies provide.
Seniors are proven creatives. We're quite dependent on your creative output, so you're expected to be quite independent. Beyond producing a volume of great ideas, you also need to possess the self-editing skills to identify the best work. By this stage, you've already made influential work, and have a portfolio of work that demonstrates excellence in both creative thinking and the craft of execution.
You're someone who gets excited by new challenges and the opportunities to work across a breadth of work, from brand campaigns and digital experiences to launching products & services at scale.
Not only are you fun to be around, but you're also able to work collaboratively and proactively. You thrive in a learning environment, and relish the opportunity to mentor more junior members on the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have;
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates excellence in both creative thinking and execution.
- A positive, friendly can-do attitude, you are calm under pressure.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite and Figma.
- An eagerness to help and curiosity for learning skills beyond your field.
- An ability to work closely within a diverse team.
- Solid communication skills. You're able to clearly articulate your creative rationales and decisions.
- A resilient attitude, with the maturity to deal with the ups and downs of the business.
- You'll be responsible for maintaining a world-class creative standard.
- You'll be able to work across a large range of clients and workloads, multi-tasking with a high level of creativity in your work.
- You'll also work collaboratively with others in the business – designers, writers, strategists, data, UX, tech – to bring new thinking and creative solutions to the table.
- You'll participate in workshops, creative critiques, team meetings and client presentations.
