Role

We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional/Technical Consultant for a government organisation where you will focus on providing technical support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) On-Premises applications. You will ensure the smooth operation, optimisation, and troubleshooting of both front-end and back-end services to support business processes and enhance user experience.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 F&O on-premises applications.
  • Analyse and translate business requirements into effective processes and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customisations, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organisational goals.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific business requirements.
  • Manage front-end and back-end services, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Skills And Experience We Are Seeking

  • Strong understanding of core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and fixed assets.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 F&O, including experience with X++, C#, and .NET.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems using APIs, OData, and custom connectors.
  • Experience with middleware tools like Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Service Bus.
