The Role

As a .NET Developer, you’ll be a key part of our Core Platform team developing robust and scalable features, working a on number of API-driven products and shaping the architecture of our core systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new software features according to team priorities
• Create testable, maintainable code adhering to team standards and practices
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all work is properly developed, tested and released
• Provide refinement and estimation of planned development work
• Contribute towards team and application planning activities
• Enhance developed software for maximum speed and scalability
• Provide input on technical and process initiatives which may improve team outputs
• Monitor applications to proactively resolve errors and performance issues
• Participate in peer code reviews, both as a code author and a reviewer
  
  

About You

You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing applications using C#/.NET (preferably .NET 5 or greater)
• Strong experience with SQL-based databases and data modelling
• Solid understanding of API architecture and RESTful services
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and secure code
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
  
  

Nice To Have (but Not Essential)

• Experience with Azure or other cloud environments
• Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (e.g. MongoDB, CosmosDB)
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/JavaScript)
• Experience working on customer-facing systems
