Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer with Baseline Clearance

• Over 10+ years of experience with Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience:
  • managing Microsoft and Cloud-based IT infrastructure and system administration (i.e. Active Directory, Windows Servers, Azure IaaS and PaaS, M365)
  • with backups and restore applications, tools and procedures (please specify applications and tools)
  • managing LAN, WAN, WLAN (please specify vendors and device types) in an enterprise environment or government agency with a Windows 10- or Windows 11- based SOE
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing Linux servers
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in the monitoring of networked devices and other assets, using monitoring applications and tools
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Asset Management applications tools to manage an asset register
• Hands-on experience with InTune, application packaging and automated deployment
• At least 6 months' experience in the use of ServiceNow for IT Service Management
• Minimum expert-level relevant Microsoft certification
• Network or IT security industry certifications
• Deep familiarity with Azure Resource Manager
• Other industry certifications (ITIL, project management etc)
• ServiceNow configuration experience
• Automation experience
