We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated Depot Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our depot and lead a team of dedicated drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your leadership career with a company committed to safety, service and community.

We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated Depot Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our depot and lead a team of dedicated drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your leadership career with a company committed to safety, service and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of bus drivers to deliver reliable and customer-focused services
- Drive and support day-to-day operations, including scheduling, absentee management, and resource planning
- Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with fatigue management regulations and enterprise agreements
- Handle roster variations, pay queries and other administrative tasks to ensure payroll accuracy
- Maintain a strong safety culture, respond to incidents, and support investigations when required
- Foster a high-performance team culture, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement
- Ensure depot presentation, fleet cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, regulatory bodies and the public
- Proven experience leading teams in an operational environment
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A valid HR licence or willingness to obtain one (bus driving required)
- Working with Children Check and current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with operational systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to safety and compliance
