Senior Infrastructure & Systems Administrator – Microsoft, Azure, NV1 - Canberra
- 7+ years of experience with Minimum 3 years' experience in managing Microsoft and Cloud-based IT infrastructure and system administration (i.e. Active Directory, Windows Servers, Azure IaaS and PaaS, M365)
- Experience with backups and restore applications, tools and procedures (please specify applications and tools) in an enterprise environment or government agency with a Windows 10- or Windows 11- based SOE
- Minimum 2 years' managing LAN and WLANs equipment (please specify equipment type and vendor)
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in the monitoring of network devices and other assets, using monitoring applications and tools (please specify applications and tools)
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Asset Management applications tools to manage an asset register (please specify applications and tools)
- At least 6 months' experience in the use of ServiceNow for IT Service Management
- Minimum associate-level relevant Microsoft certification (please specify certification)
- Knowledge and experience with InTune, application packaging and automated deployment
- 1 years' experience managing configuring and/or managing routers and firewalls (please specify technology vendor and/or known devices)
- Other industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft, ITIL, network vendor – please specify)
- ServiceNow configuration experience
- Deep familiarity with Azure Resource Manager
- Scripting (Powershell, other) and automation experience (please specify applications and tools)
