Description

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker in the community, you’ll work collaboratively with a team to support older clients in their homes. Our non-medical care model includes services necessary to help patients safely and smoothly transition from a healthcare facility like a hospital to their home. Right at Home work with several partnering organisations to provide staffing solutions:

  • Communication with family and healthcare providers
  • Regular visits
  • Medication reminders
  • Transportation to doctor appointments
  • Meal preparation
  • Housework

What You’ll Need

  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Current Police Check Clearance
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Paid Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
  • Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • 100 Points of ID (e.g., Medicare Card, Birth Certificate, Passport)
