Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract with likely extensions to follow.

- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops, and other agile ceremonies
- Data analysis, mapping and API specs
- Customer research and journey mapping
- Document user stories
- Conduct UAT The ideal candidate has:
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working in retail environments
- Experience working with eCommerce systems and integrated platforms
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or ETL platforms
- Experience with any solutions with ERP integration
- Experience working with data mapping and API specs
- Experienced with Agile and Waterfall processes, and using key tools such as Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, etc Offices are based near the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to work on site 2-3 days per week.
