Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? We’re seeking a Technology Recruitment Consultant to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions aligned with our client’s business goals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and senior stakeholders to fill critical roles—primarily in the technology space—using a combination of strategic sourcing and digital tools.
This will be a 6 month contract, which could go permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
This role will see you:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Develop strategic sourcing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Execute sourcing strategies across a variety of channels, leveraging shared services and technology where appropriate
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in recruitment best practices
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and present high-quality shortlists
- Track and manage candidate pipelines to ensure coverage for all open roles
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the offer process, from extension and negotiation through to contract generation
- Lead weekly recruitment reporting and update sessions with MDs and Talent Leads
- Ensure compliance and data integrity across recruitment systems and documentation
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with a strong focus on technology roles
- Experience recruiting in complex or professional services environments (e.g. management consulting or financial services)
- A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A collaborative working style, with the ability to work independently as needed
