As an Data Analytics Engineer, working within our APJ Technology Consulting Practice, you will be a pivotal leader driving and delivering innovative solutions. The Data Analytics Engineer Role Is Responsible For
- Providing technical leadership for complex Snowflake solutions, defining technical vision and architecture patterns
- Designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade data warehousing solutions that address critical business challenges incl. ETL workflows and data transformation
- Being accountable for day-to-day technical decision-making, solution delivery, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of work aligned to client priorities
- Representing the technical function in client conversations, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap of work
- Mentoring and coaching technical consultants, helping them develop advanced implementation skills

Base Capability Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive technology consulting experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Snowflake technologies
- Proven experience designing and building Snowflake solutions
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and dbt
- Demonstrated ability with multi-cloud, federated and multi-tenanted platforms for data integration workflows (ETL in the cloud)
- Expertise with Azure data services including advanced SQL and Python capabilities, ADF
- Experience using Git for version control in a team-based delivery environment
- DevOps experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Ability to balance hands-on work ensuring technical quality while also delivering to timelines
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders
