We're seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team. Leading the IT Team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our Corporate IT and information security systems, driving standardisation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with ITIL and ISO 27001 standards.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Brisbane CBD office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the effectiveness of all IT and information security procedures, systems, and controls.
- Develop and maintain ITIL and ISO 27001 (ISMS) policies, procedures, and practices, and ensure compliance during internal and external audits.
- Identify and manage technology and cybersecurity risks, and implement mitigations.
- Assess and manage IT vendor relationships, including SLAs, to ensure quality and value.
- Lead IT improvement initiatives and contribute to RPM's strategic plan.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant facets of information technology and ITS operations.
- Assess staffing levels, recommend efficiency gains, and support recruitment and training of ITS personnel.
- Foster effective, professional relationships with staff and suppliers, and promote productive working relations across divisions.
- Implement structured learning and development programs for all IT staff.
- Demonstrate the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, and support all divisions within RPM as needed.
- Significant prior experience in IT team management and information security.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001 standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technology and cybersecurity risks.
- Based in Brisbane and entitled to work in Australia.
