Fantastic opportunity to return to work or commence your ‘Australian career’ with a high performing local ASX listed Corporate based in Perth’s CBD. This is a nine month’s maternity cover contract with a high chance of becoming permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders to prepare budgets, forecast and reports
- Range of hands-on month-end duties including posting journals and coding of expenditures
- Variance analysis, commentaries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of various financial and taxation documents, half-yearly and annual work papers for respective disclosing and non-disclosing entities
- Fully qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or International equivalent)
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities
- Recent and hands-on experience in a similar Accountant level position
- Highly effective communications skills
- Ability to forge successful working relationships with colleagues at all levels
