Where this role fits in

You’ll be joining our People Experience team, a dynamic group dedicated to enhancing Domain’s talent, performance, and culture. We’re the engine behind the initiatives that empower our people to achieve their best, driving alignment between business strategy and employee engagement.

About the role
You’ll partner closely with business leaders, executing practical HR frameworks and change initiatives that directly impact Domain’s growth and performance. You’ll be instrumental in simplifying HR processes, fostering talent, and championing positive organisational change.

What you’ll be doing

  • Implement performance, succession planning, and talent management frameworks

  • Partner with leaders to execute impactful people initiatives and change management

  • Facilitate and deliver practical, engaging learning sessions for diverse audiences

  • Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with specialist teams

  • Support cyclical HR activities including remuneration reviews and engagement initiatives

Who we’re looking for

  • Experienced in HR business partnering within fast-paced, complex environments

  • Confident facilitator and effective communicator across all organisational levels

  • Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in leveraging HR analytics

  • Skilled in change management with a proactive, execution-focused mindset

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, evolving settings
