General Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Regional Sales Account Manager to join our compute GTM team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for PC (Personal Computer) across multiple markets, particularly within the Asia Pacific region. This pivotal role demands hands-on experience in building the business from the ground up, engaging directly with PC OEM accounts, and fostering collaborative relationships with business partners, channels, and resellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth across the APAC region.
- Directly manage and achieve sales targets with major OEM accounts, maintaining a hands-on involvement to ensure objectives are met.
- Build sales orders and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners and resellers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Identify and onboard new value-added partners to expand market reach and revenue, providing hands-on assistance to facilitate their success.
- Work with product management, work on the launch of new products and pricing strategies.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of sales programs in collaboration with partners.
- Work closely with partners from initial planning stages through to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs.
- Engage directly in the execution of plans to uphold high standards, offering hands-on support and insights to partners, resolving challenges, and enhancing program efficacy
- Deliver comprehensive training to all partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our products and services effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience with at least 15 years experience in sales management focusing on PC OEMs and channel partners
- Proven success in executing GTM strategies and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to work effectively within a lean team, demonstrating a hands-on approach and ensuring programs are seen through from planning to execution.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
- Excellent analytical skills for strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
