About The Role
The Purchasing and System Performance (PSP) Division is seeking to establish a pool of motivated and talented Project and Administration Officers. The Project and Administration Officer assists with the administration duties in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic projects for PSP through the provision of advice and consultancy in the development, coordination, management, and delivery of projects.
The Project and Administration Officer has a diverse range of responsibilities within PSP. Key functions include providing administrative support to deliver accurate and timely advice on project progress and emerging risks and issues and supporting the broader team when providing recommendations to enable effective project establishment, progression, and oversight.
In this role, you will work closely with the Team Leader and Senior Project Officers to successfully assist them to establish, progress, and implement projects across the PSP division, using the recommended project management framework.
The PSP division oversees and contributes to key functions for the Department of Health and the WA health system including:
