What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. This is a critical support role designed to streamline our sales process and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. By managing day-to-day client communications and supporting our internal operations, you’ll allow our Client Relationship Manager to focus on business development and strengthening client partnerships.

What will you do?
As our Customer Relationship Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:
Answer Client Queries
Respond to client enquiries received via the website, email and phone.
Triage enquiries to the appropriate relevant team members.
Provide clients with relevant product details, workshop outlines and other resourcesEnter and update client information in our CRM system.
Ensure client data is accurate, current and well-organised.
Conduct regular audits and data cleaning as needed.
Support sales planning by using data to uncover trends and client behaviour insightsSchedule and coordinate sales meetings.
Help in preparing proposals and presentations.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to help identify new opportunitiesWe’re looking for someone who brings:
Experience in customer service, sales support or similar administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic data management.
Confidence using Microsoft Office.
