We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Junior Administration Officer to join our warm and welcoming Home Care Admin team based at our Support Services Office, in West Perth. The role will also require travel to all our Home Care office locations (Gwelup, Port Kennedy and Bunbury).
Offering full time hours on a 12-month fixed term contract, this is the ideal role, team and organisation to start a rewarding career in aged care.
Responsible for providing admin support across Bethanie's Home Care Programs in addition to admin assistance to our Home Support Coordinator onboarding our new Home Care clients, the role of Junior Administration Officer offers diversity in daily tasks and requires a well rounded individual with a passion for customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude. The successful applicant will have a great phone manner and the ability to quickly build rapport with our clients.
Who are we looking for?
- Successful completion of Yr. 12 as a minimum
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) - Essential
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with great telephone manner
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
An exciting and diverse role, you will gain invaluable experience across several different systems, which we will provide full training for! The Role is responsible for providing admin assistance with:
- Onboarding new clients
- Assisting with processing of payroll
- Onboarding of new staff
- Information gathering, correspondence and general admin
- Maintaining staff leave planner and training calendar
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Processing client recharges
- Booking training and meetings
