Concierge

As concierge you are based in Brisbane with the Corporate Services team, within the Operations division of Great Southern Bank.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Welcome visitors to the office
• Facilitate our event coordination with hospitality management
• Ensure our conference rooms are appropriately stocked and tidy
• Assist where required with meeting room bookings
• Receive courier deliveries and mail

Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Customer service experience in a corporate environment, including room management and visitor
  management
• Event co-ordination and/or hospitality
• Experience in a front of house role where you have managed multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  and
• Sounds knowledge of administrative and office procedures
