Concierge
Great Southern Bank

As concierge you are based in Brisbane with the Corporate Services team, within the Operations division of Great Southern Bank.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Welcome visitors to the office
- Facilitate our event coordination with hospitality management
- Ensure our conference rooms are appropriately stocked and tidy
- Assist where required with meeting room bookings
- Receive courier deliveries and mail
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Customer service experience in a corporate environment, including room management and visitor
management - Event co-ordination and/or hospitality
- Experience in a front of house role where you have managed multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
and - Sounds knowledge of administrative and office procedures
