You'll be responsible for
- Undertaking desktop assessments and maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
- Continuously improving property assessing performance by executing action plans
- Liaising with claimants, repairers and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes
- Ensuring adherence with claims assessments code of practice throughout the process
- Maintaining a productive work environment through proper planning and time management
About you
- Extensive experience in property assessment and/or insurance and customer service
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
