Job Description The Manager, Solutioning & Presales will be responsible for supporting the NCA efforts and performance of the sales team by ensuring that Sage reseller partners (via Sage Channel Sales) and Sage direct (hybrid) sales team are skilled and consistently deliver high quality of presales and post-sales experiences to Sage prospects and customers.

This is a Hyrbid role with three days per week in out Sydney office
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies and tactics for the Solutioning and Presales team to contribute to the Sage APAC business strategies, operational plans and to deliver the business objectives for Sage Intacct.

  • Support training of partners and develop expert competency in the channel in presales and post-sales including delivering activities directly to prospects as part of enablement where required.

  • Focus on a vertical approach in solutioning team for the key Intacct verticals (Prof Services, Fin Services, SaaS & Tech, Construction & Real Estate).

  • Develop training programs and enablement to ensure partners in APAC are skilled on Sage Intacct solutioning and product value proposition for sales.

  • Evangelise Sage Intacct and provide subject matter expertise in support of marketing and sales initiatives including acting as the experts in conferences, webinars etc.

  • Ensure partner enablement resources display an expert level of product & technical knowledge, including customisation skills, and can advise and implement our products including architecture and infrastructure relevant to prospect and customer needs.

  • Work with business unit leaders to collaborate on new product, market and industry launches.

  • Responsibility for the ecosystem expansion efforts by identifying, reviewing, and recruiting MPP solutions (both local and global) to ensure we have a best-of-breed solution for key verticals.

  • Become a subject matter expert on new Sage applications that are solutioned into Sage Intacct deals to provide customers with deeper operational functionality.

  • Provide accurate reporting and insights on activities and resourcing to proactively manage the team to deliver the business objectives and initiatives.

  • Manage the day-to-day team operations to deliver against performance metrics through a culture of coaching, celebrating success and performance management.
