Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key workstreams within a critical program. The role requires a PM who is comfortable operating in a Hybrid Agile delivery environment. You’ll play a central role in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders across a multi-workstream program, ensuring delivery excellence.


Delivery Environment

All projects are run using a Hybrid Agile approach—combining traditional waterfall elements (e.g., high-level Gantt charts for milestone tracking) with Agile sprints for the execution of work items. A good level of proficiency in Jira would be an added advantage



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program-level planning, reporting, and budget management across multiple projects
  • Oversee and support Project Managers working on related initiatives
  • Drive the delivery of the Security and Network workstreams, ensuring alignment to program timelines and scope
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage dependencies and communicate progress effectively
  • Apply structured project management practices while executing sprint-based delivery
  • Utilise Jira to manage tasks, monitor progress, and report on team performance


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex programs across multiple workstreams
  • Strong working knowledge of Hybrid Agile delivery models, including both traditional project tracking and Agile execution
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira—including setting up boards, managing backlogs, and configuring reports
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and team leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource planning


Highly Regarded:

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial-type environments
  • Exposure to integration projects involving infrastructure, security, or enterprise systems
