Key Areas Of Responsibility Will Include
- Supervision of the centralised national HR Services function, including knowledge of core processing to ensure delivery of team accountabilities during periods of peak delivery or team leave.
- Coordination of the Business Unit Graduate Program including but not limited to recruitment campaigns (in liaison with internal recruitment), rotations and relationships with external partnerships. Liaison with L&D Advisor to manage the learning and development components of the program.
- Oversight and delivery of Business-Unit wide processes including national superannuation change correspondence, annual remuneration review outcome processing
- Development and maintenance of Business Unit salary band framework.
- Succession planning and talent management for Exec-2 roles and below in national overhead
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a broad Human Resources role, demonstrating a strong generalist background.
- Construction industry experience or understanding is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
