The Role

This healthcare client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a Salesforce implementation project. The Senior Business Analyst will play a big role in the transformation journey implementing their core CRM for client case management.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Work closely with the vendor team and inhouse development team to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the portal
• Facilitate training and requirement working sessions with stakeholders
• Assist with the Salesforce Sales Cloud system configuration
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops to elicit user stories
• Ensure compliance with security policies and optimise application performance
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years + experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud is highly regarded.
• 3 + Years Salesforce Experience is a must
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis
• Prior healthcare experience highly regarded
• Experience in vendor management and partnering
