About The Role

As the Manager Credit Risk Review, you will be at the forefront of assessing and assuring the quality of our lending portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Credit Risk Review, you will provide critical insights into the asset quality across various lending sectors, including residential, commercial, property development, SME lending, equipment finance, floorplan lending, structured finance, and novated leasing.

You will review loan origination, credit decisions, documentation, and account management, identifying key issues and recommending improvements. Managing relationships with key stakeholders and providing on-the-job training are also key aspects of this role. About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in commercial credit or lending. You should have a keen eye for identifying risks and a passion for improving processes. Extensive experience in commercial credit or lending, with a deep understanding of key business drivers and success factors, is essential. High attention to detail and critical thinking skills are crucial for assessing and improving credit quality. You should possess knowledge of NCCP and responsible lending requirements, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings clearly and effectively. Proven interpersonal skills to manage relationships and communicate unambiguously are also important. Being outcome-oriented with a clear understanding of customer requirements and a commitment to delivering high-quality results is key.
