We are seeking individuals with strong C-suite connections and deep local market expertise who are passionate about creating business opportunities and driving client engagement.

This is a Business Development role on a minimum 12-month Independent Contractor basis, where you will:

    • Gain full exposure to our processes and solutions.
    • Leverage your market knowledge and network to generate leads and drive sales.
    • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives.
    • Develop a solid understanding of clients and their industry sectors over time.
    • Drive sales across all service lines, including research services, consulting, and marketing solutions, within multiple industries.
    • Be compensated solely based on success*, earning 10% to 12% of deal sizes.

Experience

  • 10+ years of business development, sales, or client engagement experience.
  • Proven track record of working with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong network and established relationships within local and regional markets.
  • Experience in B2B sales, consulting, market research, or professional services.
  • Prior success in an independent contractor, commission-based, or entrepreneurial role is a plus.
