About The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact to independently manage clinical escalations and queries for our EAP services network as well as leading the Converge Supervision Framework. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and responding to clinical escalations and queries from our clinical network and internal stakeholders.
  • Responding to high-risk clinical presentations, providing clear and sound decision making around mandatory reporting and complex clinical matters.
  • Supporting high performance of the team through leadership principles of self-efficacy, accountability, care and compassion.
  • Monitoring network clinical quality, investigating complaints and responding to privacy requests.
  • Leading the Converge Supervision framework, including providing 1:1 and group supervision to ensure wellbeing, sustainability and high performance.
  • Delivering cyclical training to group supervisors.

About You

You will be a registered Psychologist and AHPRA approved supervisor with at least three years’ experience in people management and five years’ experience delivering clinical supervision. Along with this, you will possess the following experience and competencies:

  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to provide professional guidance to others in both technical and coach/mentoring settings
  • Ability to build exemplary internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to view issues and problems from the perspectives of the business and the customer
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills e.g., reports, training, proposals
  • Strong focus on both continuous improvement and commitment to monitor quality of work undertaken
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation regarding employee wellbeing e.g. Bullying, EEO, Health Records Act etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage own time, priorities, and workload
  • Availability to travel as required
