We're looking for an experienced and engaging Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across Ingenia, develop our Talent Coordinator, and act as a key partner to hiring managers and senior leaders. You'll play a central role in shaping our talent strategy, employer brand, and candidate experience.

It’s an exciting time to join as we move into the next phase of automation and embedment with our new ATS (Dayforce) and invest further in employer branding and content.

This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing through to offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with leaders to attract and hire great talent, building hiring capability along the way.
  • Champion a consistent, positive candidate experience and find opportunities to enhance it.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes, systems, and tools—including Dayforce.
  • Identify better ways to assess candidates to ensure alignment with Ingenia’s values and culture.
  • Use social media and our employer brand to drive candidate engagement.
  • Stay across industry trends and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
  • Conduct job analysis, recommend salary packages, and manage agency relationships.
  • Ensure accurate contracts, background checks, and system administration.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines and provide clear, timely reporting.
  • Support and develop our Talent Coordinator to thrive and grow.

About You

  • Proven experience in internal talent acquisition, recruiting across all levels and functions—including Finance, Marketing, Development, and Operations
  • A strong focus on internal mobility and a passion for developing and promoting talent from within
  • Ability to flex between hands-on recruitment delivery and strategic initiatives that enhance sourcing, selection, and candidate experience
  • A fast-paced, solutions-driven approach to filling roles quickly—while maintaining quality and minimising reliance on external agencies
  • Confident user of Talent Management Systems and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source and engage candidates
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to provide advice, feedback, and coaching to hiring managers
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at all levels of the business
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how talent decisions drive business performance
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
