Your New Role
Reporting to the UK-Based Global Infrastructure Manager and sitting within our Global IT Team, the IT Engineer is responsible for the systems that support our data, application, video, and wireless network services.

Reporting to the UK-Based Global Infrastructure Manager and sitting within our Global IT Team, the IT Engineer is responsible for the systems that support our data, application, video, and wireless network services.
What will you be doing?
- Deploy and maintain IT Systems, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and peripherals in both Sydney and Auckland offices.
- Manage Microsoft Intune and deploying policies.
- Manage firewall connectivity and rules.
- Monitor and optimise system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from unauthorised access and cyber threats.

- Extensive IT experience at a senior level including Windows server, VMware, SAN Storage, M365, DCCP, Intune Management etc.
- Experience managing Fortinet Firewalls, VPNs, and WAN Connectivity.
- Exceptional communication skills with a task-oriented and customer service work ethic.
- Ability to work the occasional evening and/or weekend for large-scale or high-priority projects.
