From briefing our design and communication teams to craft engaging content and coordinating multi-channel campaigns to analysing performance data and collaborating with passionate teams, no two days are the same. Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Retail & E-Commerce Manager you will collaborate to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive income across social enterprise areas including retail, op shops, education programs and pet services.
- Coordinate the creation of compelling marketing content across digital and traditional channels, including graphics, copy, and multimedia.
- Manage end to end campaigns form brief to execution.
- Use analytics tools to track marketing performance and adjust tactics for improved outcomes.
- Build strong internal relationships to understand departmental goals and align marketing support accordingly.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing aligns with RSPCA Victoria’s brand and enhances its community reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or related relevant field experience (desirable).
- Experience within a retail or customer facing environment (desirable).
- A strong understanding of online advertising, specifically Meta Ads Manager and GA4
- Experience with CRM systems, including building and sending EDM’s
- Understanding of social media best practices and the ability to develop content that drives engagement.
- Previous experience in a similar role, including demonstrated experience implementing effective and innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
- High level literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills, including intermediate computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
