Responsibilities
- Recommend strategies to boost supply chain efficiency, lower operational costs, and improve product availability.
- Support the development and enhancement of systems, platforms, and processes for better inventory management and forecasting.
- Offer data-driven insights to fine-tune sales forecasts, brand/product strategies, and inventory policies.
- Convert demand signals—such as sales forecasts, promotional plans, and historical trends—into effective inventory plans that align with growth and stock availability targets.
- Continuously monitor changes in demand, lead times, supplier reliability, and logistics to keep supply plans agile and responsive.
- Work closely with sales, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure promotional activities and market changes are integrated into inventory planning.
- Actively contribute to the supply planning roadmap, taking initiative to organise and prioritise tasks for timely delivery.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across the supply chain and other departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Delegate tasks efficiently, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth internal and external collaboration.
- Keep a strategic mindset, balancing immediate tasks with long-term priorities.
