Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Accurately input data and manage general office administration tasks
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of office activities
- Ensure tasks are completed in line with business priorities and performance KPIs
- Proven experience in customer service with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to professional development
- Comfortable working within an industrial logistics environment
- Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, or a finance-related background is advantageous
