- Managing and nurturing relationships with small to medium customers through phone and email communication
- Identifying and capitalising on upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential
- Proactively managing customer contracts and conducting outbound calls to current and potential clients
- Providing exceptional customer service by offering tailored solutions and timely responses to inquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer data and following administrative procedures while ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent workplace experience with proven customer service background
- Demonstrated experience in inbound/outbound sales roles with a track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and G Suite
- Excellent communication skills with a professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong time management abilities and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
