The Opportunity

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurse/CDM Nurse to join our dedicated team in Epping. This Full time role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of experienced nurses and general practitioners, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This is a dual role Monday to Friday and you will be working in the treatment room 3 days a week and 2 days focused on Chronic Disease Management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
  • Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
  • Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
  • Maintaining accurate patient clinical data
  • Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
  • Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
  • Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture
  • Health education with care plans

About You

We’re looking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team. You’ll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach
  • Experience with Chronic Disease management and care plans
