In the role of Agri business Banking Manager –you will join the Agri Business team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
• Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
• Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
• Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Drive and tenacity
• Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
• Passion for relationship management
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred
• Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
