The Role
As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations.

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery

The Role
As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with RMS or a similar Reservation Booking System is an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
- Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A valid driver's license is essential
