What the role looks like
As a Project Manager at CareSuper, you’ll report to the Manager, Project Delivery, and play a pivotal role in bringing strategic initiatives to life. Being responsible for:
- Championing the CareSuper project management framework
- Managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
- Providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Full project life cycle ownership including developing and managing all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
- Reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
- Managing ongoing quality control and participating in quality issue resolution
- Championing framework practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organisation
- Developing progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, Board and key stakeholders
Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Experience successfully managing large end to end projects
- A strong background in financial services ideally within Superannuation
- A natural collaborator who thrives in complex environments and brings clarity to ambiguity
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A structured yet adaptable approach to project delivery, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Skilled in online project management tools, with formal project management qualifications (preferred)
