Financial Reporting Specialist

What you'll be doing…

• Prepare Group and statutory financial statements in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and board analysis.
• Assist with the coordination of both Group and statutory entity audits.
• Manage complex balance sheet reconciliations and provide technical accounting support.
• Draft technical accounting papers on emerging or complex accounting issues.
• Provide insights and commentary to support Finance Business Partners and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the use of TechnologyOne software within Finance.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial compliance frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems and processes, including system testing.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, and deliver tax and legislative reporting.
• Undertake ad hoc financial modelling and analysis as required.

Your Talents…

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CA/CPA membership.
• 3+ years' experience in external audit or financial accounting, ideally within a medium ASX-listed environment.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and strong accounting system proficiency.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a solutions-focused approach.
• A passion for innovation and improving financial systems and processes.
