The Opportunity
As our Project Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of high-profile Masterplanned community projects. You'll be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that not only meet sales and marketing objectives but also contribute directly to achieving project budgets and targets.
Working collaboratively with a passionate team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering place-led campaigns that connect with buyers and bring our communities to life.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Strategic Marketing- Craft and execute innovative, insight-driven marketing strategies that bring each project's unique vision to life.
- Own the Numbers- Manage project marketing budgets and cash flows with precision, ensuring every dollar works hard toward project goals.
- Drive Results- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise outcomes and ensure marketing efforts deliver measurable impact.
- Deliver Insights- Provide clear, concise reporting on project targets and deliver market intelligence to guide strategic decision-making.
- Be a Trusted Advisor- Offer thought leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and drive project success.
- Build Strong Partnerships- Nurture relationships with media, creative agencies, PR teams, research partners, and key suppliers to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.
Your point of difference:
- 7+ years' experience in marketing with proven experience in greenfield Master Planned Community projects
- Solid marketing experience in creative design, digital and social marketing, and working with agencies property sector experience
- A strategic leader with strong commercial, financial, legal, and compliance acumen, excellent people development skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications
- Drivers Licence
